Use Position of Carbon Fiber Doctor Blade

1.Dryer Section

Front and post dryer cylinders, high-temperature dryer cylinders, and Yankee dryer cylinders (the main type of tissue paper machine) are used to remove high-temperature resin and dry dirt.

2.Press Section

Press roll, vacuum suction roll, groove press roll, scrape off accumulated water, wet slurry, and adhered impurities.

3.Calender Section

Hard calender and soft calender rolls ensure the cleanliness of the roll surface, improve the smoothness of the paper surface, and prevent paper defects.

4.Size Press/Coating Machine

Size press roll, measuring roll, anti hanging glue, anti scaling, uniform and stable size press application.
