Carrier rope without core is a high-strength fiber rope specially designed for the paper guiding system of paper machines, with a hollow weave and no central core wire. The core is used to guide the paper tail and web in the drying, sizing, and calendering sections. By relying on a hollow structure, it is easy to insert, bend, and adhere to paper sheets, suitable for medium and low-speed, lightweight paper machines. Structure: Pure woven layer, central hollow coreless wire, mainstream is eight strand weaving (8 strands of nylon/polyester filament), there are also 12 strands/16 strands; The surface is treated by dipping, waxing/heat-resistant coating to enhance the abrasion resistance, heat resistance, anti-aging and anti-skid paper grabbing power. Weaving features: Hollow structure, soft rope body, good elasticity, easy bending, convenient joint insertion, not as stiff and difficult to connect as core rope; But it is compressed flat, has low elongation, and weaker rigidity than core ropes. Use Position: dryer section (front/post drying), size press section, calendering section, and winding section. Paper machine speed: ≤ 800m/min medium low speed paper machine.
