Phosphor Bronze Doctor Blade

The phosphor bronze doctor blade is made of tin phosphor bronze precision rolling and precision grinding of the blade edge. It is the most roll protective, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant special type of metal scraper, mainly used for cleaning hard rolls/dryer cylinders of paper machines and removing hard scale.

Use Position of Phosphor Bronze

Dryer Section

Ordinary dryer cylinder, chrome plated dryer cylinder, stainless steel dryer cylinder, scrape off paper scarpes, resin scale, and starch hard shell; In the initial stage of machine testing/roller replacement, commonly used and stable production can be matched with resin scraper to balance cleaning and cylinder protection.

Press Section

Vacuum suction roll, groove press roll, stone roll, scraping and removing moisture pulp, accumulated water, and adhered impurities, resistant to moisture, wear, and rust.

Calendering/Size Press/Coating Section

Hard calender roll, size press roll, measuring roll, coating roll, scrape off adhesive, coating, and scaling to ensure smooth roller surface, uniform coating, and flawless paper surface.
