The rotary joint of the dryer, as a “bridge” connecting the dryer with media such as steam and thermal oil, directly affects the long-term stable operation of the equipment in terms of its performance. 1. Dynamic sealing technology: By combining precision machined sealing surfaces (such as silicon carbide, graphite, etc.) with spring compensation mechanisms, the medium is kept isolated from the outside world in a rotating state, and the leakage rate needs to be controlled within the industry standard range (usually ≤ 0.1ml/min). 2. Medium circulation design: The layout of the internal flow channel needs to be optimized to reduce the flow resistance of the medium and avoid uneven heating of the dryer due to pressure loss. For example, some products adopt a spiral flow channel design, which can improve thermal conductivity efficiency by more than 15%. 3. Wear resistance and corrosion resistance: The operating environment of the dryer may involve high temperature (≥ 180 ℃), high pressure (≥ 1.6MPa), and chemical corrosion (such as acidic substances in pulp), so the joint material needs to have high hardness, low friction coefficient, and corrosion resistance. 1. The steam rotary joint is mainly composed of core components such as elbows, end caps, shells, outer pipes, sealing rings (graphite rings), springs, and oil-free bearings (column rings). Among them, the outer tube is the main rotating component, directly connected to the roller or dryer. 2.Adopting a spherical sealing design, the dynamic sealing friction pair is composed of a precision machined outer tube spherical surface, a bottom cover, and an impregnated carbon graphite spherical sealing ring.
