Paper Carrier Rope with Core

Adopting a composite structure of a central strong core wire and an outer wear-resistant woven layer, it is the standard for high-speed paper machines, packaging paper, pulp boards, and heavy weight paper. The inner layer bears tensile force, while the outer layer is wear-resistant and holds paper. It has low elongation, compression resistance, high strength, and high temperature resistance, solving the problems of easy elongation, flattening, and high-speed slippage of hollow carrier ropes.

Structure of Carrier Rope with Core

1. Inner Core (Load-bearing Layer)

High strength polyester/aramid filament tightly twisted as the main load-bearing layer, with tensile strength, low elongation, and creep resistance.

2. Outer Layer (Wear-resistant Working Layer)

Multi strand weaving (8/12/16 strands) made of nylon/polyester material, dense and wear-resistant, anti slip and paper grabbing, friction resistant, and anti fuzzing.

3. Whole Immersion Treatment

High temperature wear-resistant coating, anti slip dipping adhesive, water vapor resistance, heat aging resistance, and anti hardening.
