Felt and Fabric Palm Sensor

The felt and fabric palm sensor, when the felt and fabric deviates, the baffle degree changes, causing the swing rod on it to automatically rotate the controller valve core, switching the intake and exhaust direction of the moving seat air bellow, so that both air bellow are in the inflation or exhaust state. When one air bellow is in the intake state, the other air bellow is in the exhaust state.

Working Principle of Felt and Fabric Palm Sensor

The working principle of the sensor control valve is to switch the intake and exhaust directions of the air bellow on both sides of the moving seat, and push the moving seat to move left or right. Thus achieving the effect of correcting the felt and fabric. The sensor consists of a valve body, a vertical bracket, a horizontal bar, and a blocking shaft (ceramic plate, disc). The characteristic of this mechanism is single line air intake, which only requires a set of air circuit components.
